Katy Perry’s new music video “Wide Awake” was supposed to drop tomorrow night, but the singer was too excited to wait the 24 hours for the video to debut. She revealed on Twitter that the video would be released today.
“Wide Awake” serves as the promotional song for Perry’s 3-D movie experience, Part of Me, which follows her journey on her California Dreams Tour. She first performed the song at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards.
