Microsoft hosted their Windows 8 Microtropolis launch event in New York City on Thursday, October 24. Attendees walked through a scaled-down version of the Big Apple, called Microtropolis, and got a chance to play with Microsoft’s new Surface tablet hours before it was released.  Big thanks to Klout for an invitation to the event.
